2. Installation of GRC window cover: GRC components are installed along the wall outside the window frame, and taking care the fastening position of the expansion bolts to avoid the plastering layer. When installing the vertical window edge line or column to the elevation of each floor, paying attention to adjusting the vertical error.

3. When installing components in GRC, if the embedded parts of the components are in contact with hollow bricks, we often use extended bolts to penetrate the wall or add long angle steel to the main structure of the upper and lower layers to fix the installation nodes.

4. The treatment of GRC closing parts, such as parapet coping, sill plate, wall under the window and other parts, shall be beautiful and waterproof, and shall be constructed in strict accordance with the process.

Joint treatment between GRC components:

The joints on the surface of GRC components should be flat and smooth. Use specialized repair materials to fill the gaps, and spray real stone paint on the surface of the components.

GRC Cleaning:

Cleaning and finishing is the last process before the completion acceptance of the project. Although the installation has been completed, this process should not be careless in pursuit of the quality of the decoration. Pay attention to finished product protection throughout the entire process, so as to enter the next surface spraying construction.
